And Now For Something New

A few posts ago I mentioned that I was thinking of attaching a forum and today I just went ahead and did it. It’s very bare still and would love to hear your suggestions for additional forums :)
Please have a look at the forum and tell me what you think.
Due time I will try and get the same look and feel for it as the blog and I might have to ask the fabulous wordpress themes designer,Cory Miller, if he can help out a bit since this blog is using his terrific Rockingblue Theme ;)

Now, I might be getting ahead of myself but I will need some moderators to keep an eye out on the forum, so if you feel up for the job and have some experience as a forum mod or perhaps and IRC op, please leave a comment or drop me an email.

    Very cool, I’ve been working on a social networking site for a couple weeks now for a business project I’m doing for someone. Pain in the arse.

    Just curious - will the forums take away from your comments slightly? What is the end purpose of the forums? Maybe just a place where your audience can discuss things outside of your post topics? Just curious -

    Basically I think the forums are for the readers to interact with each other in a dedicated place. Not on the frontpage of the blog posts :)
    Obviously not everybody is going to participate in the forums and a lot of fly-by readers will only use the comments but I hope this way I can build a stable community of readers and contributors.
