Google and Verizon In Search Deal

Verizon and Google are trying to hammer out a deal that would make Google the default search provider for mobile phones. According to the Wall Street Journal, Verizon would place a Google search bar on the home screen of its phones. Google would get a share of the revenue by offering relevant ads for Verizon customers.
