Lose 4.5kg In 3 Days

If you follow this diet to the rule, you could lose up to 4.5kg. It’s simple, tasty and uses everyday food so you don’t have to search high and low for strange and exotic ingredients.
My girlfriend did this diet and lost the weight. She got it from her mum’s friend who works in a cardiac unit where they give this diet to the patients before they go into heart surgery.
- DAY ONE
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 slice dry toast (no butter or margarine)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Tea or coffee (no milk, no sugar)
Water
Lunch
1/3 cup tuna (in brine or spring water)
1 slice dry toast
Tea or coffee (no milk, no sugar)
Water
Dinner
2 slices of deli meat (e.g ham, sliced chicken, turkey etc)
1 cup green beans
1 cup beetroot
1 cup weightwatchers ice cream
Tea or coffee (no milk, no sugar)
Water
DAY TWO
Breakfast
1/2 banana
1 slice dry toast
1 boiled egg
Tea or coffee (no milk, no sugar)
Water
Lunch
1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
5 snack biscuits
Tea or coffee (no milk, no sugar)
Water
Dinner
2 frankfurts
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
Tea or coffee (no milk, no sugar)
Water
DAY THREE
Breakfast
5 snack biscuits
1 slice cheddar cheese (matchbox size)
1 small apple
Tea or coffee (no milk, no sugar)
Water
Lunch
1 boiled egg
1 slice dry toast
Tea or coffee (no milk, no sugar)
Water
Dinner

1 cup beetroot
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup melon

This Diet is retarted. There is roughly 35,000 calories in 4.5 KG and the rough average resting metobolic rate of a person is about 1600 calories a day if they did nothing at all. Add in some everyday activities and some exercise and that could be boost up by about 600 calories. So say if someone burns 2200 calories a day multiplied by 3 days it would equal 6600 calories. Tell me where the other 28,400 calories go? This doesn’t even include the calories that were added by this vitamin lacking diet. Yes kids, vitamins are important. I could write a whole essay on how stupid this diet is but I think this will do.

It seemed reasonable to think it was a good diet since this is what patients that go in heart surgery get before the actual surgery. where do you get the 35,000 calories in 4,5kg from?

I’m doing the Lean Cuisine thing - I gotta say that’s working remarkably well for me, but then again I like my food ‘easy’ so frozen = good

Hello Bob, I have nothing against you and you are probably a real good guy; please forgive me for shooting the messenger. As a fitness trainer with a degree in Kinesiology, I get my back up when I hear claims that 4.5 Kg can be lost in 3 days. Where did I get that 35,000 calories figure from? There is 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. 10lbs = 4.5Kg therefor 3,500 calories X 10 =35,000 calories. The only way I can think of losing that much weight so quickly is by chopping of your arm.

It’s not taking a magic pill and waking up the next morning with a body fat count of 10%. It’s not reading the latest diet-book-of-the-week and ‘poof!’ you’re a size 6. It’s not getting into ‘the zone’ for half a day and all your weight troubles disappear.

someone would lose 4.5 kilograms in three days if they didn’t eat anything, and even then they would be lucky to lose such an amount.

I have tried this and it worked well for me and others at my work. I lost 9 pounds, I could not believe it.
It’s been 2 months and I/m gonna do it again,

Actually Essy, if someone didn’t eat for three days, they are unlikely to lose much weight as the body tends to conserve food stores more if you don’t eat as it doesn’t know when the next meal is coming. That is why many diets suggest small portioned yet more frequent meals because eating triggers chemicals in the body to help metabolise etc.

my bestie tried it … she said that she only lost 2.3kg, after doing all of that diet food stuff. when she tried it for another 3 days, she only lost 1.2kgs. she ate everything like the thign said, but she only lost (in total of SIX days,), 3.5kgs. she WAS a chubby girl, but after two or so weeks, she was like me. I wanna take this diet plan/ but I’m crossing my fingers that I lose all 4.5kg (or something)! She says she’ll reply today, I think.

“Cutie”’s my bestie. yah, i only lost 3.5kgs in 6 days … will reccommend, maybe …, but another diet got me down from 45kgs, to my pals wheight, 38kgs, in two weeks. just so happens that my bestie SMSed me, saying: “Wrote on tehd iet ding 2day, now u post sumthing” so I SMSed back and said: “yah. i must. nt sure wat 2 say … this diet was only ok, so i fink i’ll rite dat”
THIS diest was onli OK.
Btw, it does work, just not liek the results I hoped I would get.

hey the diet work, you just got to follow it to the end. for that guy who said he fitness trainess and have a dregee. i bet he out of shape and cant follow easy direction. its simple the diet help you manage you food intake without going crazy. the tea or coffee help speed up metobolic rate. toast and other fiber help you with digestion. we all have build up waste inside. try it plus if you workout for 30min will help also. goodluck

i tried this many times but it does not work for me.. i was 52kg and now i’m 61kg.. i need to lose a lot.. might as well don’t eat anything at all right?
