MacBook Diagnosed; She’s Ok Folks!

I got a phonecall this morning from the MacDoctor. He said he had noticed the problem too and I didn’t need glasses. The patient is fine and they are just waiting for a donor part to arrive. All she needs is a new inverter board and she’ll be good as new!
It is however going to take a few days since the weekend is here but I should be reunited with her in the beginning of next week. Using my girlfriend’s iBook G4 feels kinda like I’m cheating 
So for those of you that have a macbook with a flickering screen, make sure you mention to the repair centre that they have a look at the inverter board.
This means I won’t be getting a new logicboard but hey, at least I’ll have my mac back 
I’m glad I posted the article about my broken macbook when I did since it seems some people followed the links to the discoloring keyboards and fixed their problems with an eraser!
Some other exciting Apple news: The FCC has approved the iPhone so let the sales begin!

I use the 17″ MacBook Pro it’s my number one tech tool. I love it.
A few weeks ago I had to take mine to the Genius Bar 3.5 hours it was back to it’s old self. I was so happy to have my baby back.
