My Poor Macbook

By admin | May 16, 2007

Macbook KeyboardSo today I decided it was time to bring my 10 month old Macbook to the Apple doctor. After surviving the previous macbook plagues like discoloring keyboards and random shutdowns, the poor thing has been suffering from a flickering screen since a month and it only seems to get worse. Of course after I logged a call with Apple last week and bringing her in today, the flickering reduced to practicaly non-excistent. I told the repair center to hold on to her for a few days so they can see the problems.
When I was having problems with my ipod it got sent back to me without any repairs done. I had to call support again and could convince them that I really needed it fixed or replaced. By this time the warranty had expired but luckily they agreed to sent me a new iPod.

I am forced now to steal the iBook G4 from my girlfriend to keep posting until I get my Macbook back. Sorry Honey :)

    Good news for you :)
In regards to my problem; I really hope they ran out of the old Core Duo logicboards and replace it with a Core 2 Duo!

My brand new MacBookPro is sliding at random thru pages. There seems to be a problem with the keys and touchpad. Maybe the latter are due to lack of use.

Thanks for visiting, Bob. While Universo Anárquico is gaining visibility, Anarchic_Universe is still flying under the radar.

links from Technoratiyear of life, and altough im not such a poster at his blog, i find it interesting. Rob talks about everything in his blog, but he specializes in tech and internet stuff, and likes to talk about his daily struggle with technolgy like when his macbook went to the doctor(like a lot of them do >.>) , or when a random company started stealing his contents , he also talks about random things about the daily living, like when he talked about the confusion with the virginia tech student responsible of the killing
