New iPod from Apple

After my iPod starting acting up around a year after I bought it, I must admit reading all the stories about apple customer service didn’t really leave me with a reassured feeling. My iPod was dead after a year and Apple would make me pay up for a new one…
Not true! Apple in-fact told me that the day I reported the issue was the last day of my warranty and they would have a look at it

[…] So today I decided it was time to bring my 10 month old Macbook to the Apple doctor. The poor thing has been suffering from a flickering screen since a month and it only seems to get worse. Of course after I logged a call with Apple last week and bringing her in today, the flickering reduced to practicaly non-excistent. I told the repair center to hold on to her for a few days so they can see the problems. When I was having problems with my ipod it got sent back to me without any repairs done.
